Mijn naam is Evelyn en ik heb tijdens mijn reis naar Gambia GOVI school for the blind bezocht. Op deze school leren blinde kinderen bijvoorbeeld braille, stoklopen en het maken van allerlei spullen, zoals tasjes. Blinden krijgen door deze school veel meer kansen in de maatschappij. Ze kunnen worden opgeleid om zelf leraar te worden, de leraren op de school zijn zelf ook blind of slechtziend, of ze kunnen een vak leren dat te maken heeft met handenarbeid.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/give2govi.nl\/index.php\/over-govi\/\">Lees hier meer over GOVI<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om dit mogelijk te maken is er uiteraard geld nodig.
